Job Title: Communications and Administrative Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time
Location: remotely and in Downtown Boston
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are looking for administrative help in a variety of areas, most immediately with email marketing, sales and fielding basic inquiries.
The ideal candidate will:
Have an affinity with languages, at least a curiosity
Have at least 2 years’ experience managing email marketing, optimizing Mailchimp features
Be able to work independently
Have strong, professional interpersonal skills
Have experience in multicultural settings and working with a diverse team
Have experience managing multiple social media accounts
Preferred qualifications include:
fluency in English, Spanish and other languages
Have a Bachelor’s degree
