Santiago Barragán Noguera is a Colombian guitarist, composer, and songwriter who learned to play guitar as a teenager in Bogotá, Colombia. Influenced by jazz, classical, rock, pop, and Latin music, Santiago studied jazz when he was 18 with teachers of the conservatory of Nancy, France.
