Repertorio’s streaming event showcases two performances: Valor, Agravio y Mujer and Vagón.
Valor, Agravio y Mujer was directed and designed by all female artists. These artists include the two masterminds behind the performance: Ana Caro Mallén de Soto and Leyma López. The performance is about condemning typical customs women have in society, but includes a surprising comedic aspect.
Written by Silvia González and directed by René Buch, Repertorio presents “Vagón,” a true story about five men who cross the border in a boxcar. When they unexpectedly come in contact with an immigration officer, the hardships begin for both the men and the officer.
