LUZ is the story of Simón, a Guatemalan physicist who is marked by the kidnap and murder of his father during the last years of the war in Guatemala. Simon has worked for years in proving through physics that there is a way of measuring the length of karma in space-time. This search leads him not only to let his father go and complete that cycle but to find himself and wake up to the light. All this through the love that Simon has for his daughter Luz.
