Guitar virtuoso, composer, bandleader, educator and, recording artist Javier Rosario will perform a jazz concert with Evan Carley (bass) and Carlos Herrand (drums). Javier is the first ever winner of the Michel Camilo Scholarship, which was an initiative of the Dominican born, Grammy, Latin Grammy and Emmy Award winning pianist.
